With this privacy statement, we aim to be transparent about the personal data we collect and the purposes for which we use it. We process all personal data in a manner that complies with the requirements set by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Eurosped only stores personal data that is directly provided by the individual concerned. This privacy statement applies when you visit our website or use our services.

Cookies

For the proper functioning of our website and for analytical purposes, we use cookies on our website. Below, we explain which cookies are used and for what purpose they are placed.

Eurosped uses Google Analytics to gain insight into the use of the website and to optimize it accordingly. Google Analytics cookies store pseudo-anonymous personal data of visitors. Pseudo-anonymous data includes: location, operating system, browser, type of device (tablet, mobile, or desktop), pages viewed, how the visitor entered the website, and duration of visit. For example, an IP address is not visible and therefore cannot be traced back to a person. Both XXX and employees of engaged service providers can access this data. See the Google Privacy Policy.

Yandex

Eurosped uses Yandex Metrica to gain insight into the use of the website and optimize it accordingly. Yandex cookies store pseudo-anonymous personal data of visitors. Pseudo-anonymous data includes recordings of visits. Recordings are stored for a maximum of 2 weeks. Employees of an engaged service provider may access this data. You can find information about the protection of your personal data in the Yandex Privacy Policy.

Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity to gain insight into the use of the website and optimize it for users. Clarity cookies store pseudo-anonymous personal data of visitors in Microsoft Clarity. This includes recordings of visits. Clarity tracks user interactions such as mouse movements, clicks, scrolling, etc. Data is stored for up to 1 year. See the Microsoft Privacy Policy for more information on the protection of your personal data.

On our LinkedIn page, you can respond to our posts, comment on them, and send us private messages. In addition to the content you submit, information about your profile, likes, and messages may be visible to us depending on your privacy settings.

We process your data when you contact or interact with our page or its content based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to respond to your request. Where possible, we will delete your data when we stop operating our LinkedIn page. If LinkedIn continues to store this data, only the provisions of LinkedIn’s privacy policy and data protection regulations apply. For more information, see the LinkedIn Privacy Policy and Terms of Use: https://nl.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy.

If you wish to contact us, you can fill in a contact form on the website. The personal data entered in the contact form is processed securely via encryption. When filling out a contact form, we require the following personal data: your name, email address, and phone number. This allows us to contact and stay in touch with you. Once the contact form request has been processed, your data will be deleted within 5 years from both our and third-party systems.

Data from Children Under 16

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect personal data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify the age of a visitor. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in their children’s online activities to prevent data from being collected without parental consent. If you believe we have collected personal data from a minor without this consent, please contact us via the contact details at the bottom of this privacy statement, and we will delete this information.

Access, Modify or Delete Data

You have the right to view, correct, or delete your personal data. Additionally, you have the right to withdraw any consent given or to object to the processing of your personal data by XXX. You also have the right to data portability. This means you can request that we send your personal data in a computer file to you or another organization you specify.
